De online afspraak is vooral bedoeld voor een klacht die niet dezelfde dag gezien hoeft te worden, een afspraak voor dezelfde dag kan uitsluitend telefonisch gemaakt worden.

Online appointments are primarily intended for non-urgent symptoms that do not have to be dealt with the same day. An appointment for the same day can only be made by telephone.
